Terms and Conditions – Daryl’s Aesthetics

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of services by Daryl’s Aesthetics. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Appointments can be booked via email at darylsaesthetics@gmail.com or through our our online booking system, telephone contact, email exchange or walk in appointment. 

• A non-refundable booking fee (deposit) is required to secure your appointment.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

• Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by future pricing adjustments.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment will not incur a cost. 

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-show), will be charged the full appointment fee.

• Daryl’s Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative time.

4. Changes to Appointments
We aim to honour all confirmed bookings. In rare cases where changes are necessary, we will notify you promptly and provide options to reschedule.

5. Consent to Treatment

• By consenting to a treatment, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.

• Daryl’s Aesthetics will not be held liable for any adverse outcomes, provided services are delivered in accordance with professional standards.

• We are committed to aftercare and will address any concerns you may have following treatment.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical and personal information when booking and before treatment.

• If you feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us to reschedule.

7. Our Responsibilities
We are committed to delivering high-quality aesthetic services in a professional, hygienic, and safe environment. Our practitioners are fully trained and insured.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. We collect and store your information only to facilitate your treatment and for essential communications. Your data will never be shared without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

• We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from treatments, unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be addressed initially through informal negotiation. If unresolved, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
